Cassidy and Marley had been living in the same area for months before finally meeting, consistently being told by a mutual friend that they were kindred spirits. Well, that mutual friend couldn’t have been more on the money. Once Marley attended Cassidy’s yoga class for the first time, the rest was history. Within just TWELVE HOURS, they were sitting at Cassidy’s kitchen table over some tea and berry cobbler in the beginning stages of envisioning and planning this retreat!

Hi, I’m Marley- human being, yoga teacher, and lover of life.  I work with women struggling with lack of fulfillment and direction by providing the safe space and tools for inward reflection so that they can start walking a path more in line with their true values and desires. 

I believe the definition of a successful life is not dependent on how much money we’re making, but on how much we enjoy the ways we spend our time and energy, and how heart-centered and connected we are in everything we do.  

When I graduated college two years ago, expected to get a PhD because of my top 10% grades, I never could’ve told you where I’d be today.  I am living a life I only could’ve dreamt of- creating my own schedule and spending my time doing all the things I love most- yoga, travel, hiking, time with loved ones, time in nature, time connecting deeper to all that is… I’m 23-years-old; and it is safe to say that I am  absolutely in love with my life- my present one, as well as the one I’m continuously creating and cultivating for my future self.  I’m chasing my bliss and living my Truth; and I want to help you do the same.

Hi, I’m Cassidy. I am a passionate yoga instructor, life coach, and absolute lover of human connection. I thrive on holding safe and sacred space for people to remember their true nature- that they are infinite +  magical spirits having a human experience.  I love working with beings that are on the brink of shifting into something incredible, they are ready to open their hearts to change, shedding their limiting beliefs + stepping into their power. It fills my heart to be able to share the gifts of yoga in a variety of capacities through 1:1 sessions, retreats & yoga teacher trainings. My home base is nestled in the mountains near Yosemite National Park, California, USA- living surrounded by nature has deeply impacted my life + inspired me to connect people to the magnificence of Mother Earth as often as I can. I created a small business called, Yogasemite, that inspires people to awaken their spirit through nature immersion and intentional yoga programs in Yosemite. I look forward to communing with you in the beauty of Costa Rica, connecting to ourselves, sharing + loving.

The Shared Sacred Space is a unique & comfortable lodging option- the perfect blend of community space & the privacy of your own sleeping nook. There are five bed “pods” accessed by one main entrance, yet provided with privacy by bamboo panels + curtains. Each pod includes either a double or single bed with deluxe pillowtop mattress, quality bedding, chest of drawers, and reading lamp. All 5 pods in the Sacred Shared Space share a separate bath house with vanity space, 2 private luxury rainfall showers, and 2 private toilets.

Meditate & Rejuvenate

The Hamsa Room is ideal for friends or family members on healing retreat in Costa Rica. The comfortable, stylish room has rejuvenating views of the jungle and nearby farm, where cattle and horses graze. It contains two stacked beds with extra-thick, deluxe pillowtop mattresses, a large closet with shelves and drawers, a couch seating area and a private bathroom. A shared patio is available to enjoy the sights and sounds of the surrounding nature.

WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING…

CURRENT COSTA RICA ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

Currently the only requirements for entry into Costa Rica are either proof of valid travel insurance with COVID coverage or proof of vaccination. You are also required to fill out an online Health Pass (3 days prior to travel) and present your personalized QR code upon arrival into customs.

WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED:

• International + Domestic Flights

• Food + Programming on December 30th (Free Day, Settle In, Relax)

• COVID testing

• Travel Insurance

• Return airport shuttle from Uvita to SJO is not included, though we can help arrange if you’d like!

CANCELLATION POLICY:

→ Due to the uncertainty during the COVID-19 pandemic, we can only offer a non-refundable deposit option. Initial Deposit of $444 is non-refundable unless event is cancelled by Marley & Cassidy. This is required to reserve your space ←

For all other costs paid:

Cancellations made before November 1, 2021 will receive a 100% refund (minus deposit + service fees).

Cancellations made before December 1, 2021 will receive a 75% refund (minus deposit + service fees).

Cancellations made between December 1 and December 15 will receive a 25% refund (minus deposit + service fees).

Cancellations made after December 15, 2022 will be non-refundable (minus deposit + service fees).

*Service fees vary depending on what platform you use to make your payment. Venmo service fees are 1.9%+ $0.10 of the payment. Paypal and Stripe service fees are both 2.9% + $0.30 of the payment. There are no service fees associated with Zelle.

*If retreat does not reach minimum occupancy by December 15th, 2021, Marley and Cassidy will need to cancel. If retreat is cancelled by Marley & Cassidy and you booked directly through us, you will be fully refunded. If you booked through Book Yoga Retreats or other Third Party, you will be subject to their cancellation policies which are out of our control.
